Had an appointment scheduled to look at a vehicle, they called me with barely any notice that they were cancelling not because it had sold but because there were “multiple recalls” on this vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for over 2 months. Same day they brought the price up by almost $3,000. Terrible staff communication and management of vehicle conditions, I’d heavily recommend going to any other dealership for a vehicle.

Just picked up a 2023 Kia Forte this weekend from Nucar in Woburn and had an awesome experience. John and the entire team were incredibly personable, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no hassle. Just great service. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a car!

I was confused when I tried to schedule to see two cars at same time. Actually, there are two locations but I didn't be told until I went one of them. So I only saw one car.
