Chevrolet dealerships near me (Keene, NH)

Since there were no pictures, I contacted the dealer for pictures, I got an email two days later that said someone had sent them to me. I replied back that I didn’t get them so he said check your junk/spam mail. There was nothing there, the next day they were there in my email, I replied back that I was interested and asked what were their hours on Saturday if any and that I was out of town until Thursday evening so I probably wouldn’t be able too stop up until then, (60 miles away) I received no reply, it has been 3 days. So I am moving on.

I made an appointment through the sales manager to see a car for Monday, July 1st. I also had contracted for an independent inspection of the vehicle that day. It was a 200 mile + trip so I booked a motel. Got a call today that the car had gone to auction. WTF, what kind of shot show are they running. I was advised car had major frame rusting away and couldn’t pass Vermont inspection. Why would they even try to sell this car ? Stay away from this dealership if at all possible.

The process was mostly smooth. They were extremely unprepared for the paperwork. It was almost as if they had never done it before. They also told me over the phone when they saw my vehicle we could renegotiate the trade-in price, and that never happened.

The ad said the car had a sunroof but it didn't. They were great and offered to look for what I wanted at the auctions. I would go back if we needed another car.
