Chris was exceptional! He was very good in the communication process and got me to where I wanted to be with pricing and loan management. He definitely personified great customer service and value in your purchase. From top to bottom, it was a pleasure working with him and this dealership.

The whole team was very helpful. Always a mountain of paperwork, but, the tech they use moved it along. I asked for a couple of things...and, they didn't fuss or "do the numbers". It was quite smooth. *Now that I have had the car for a couple of weeks...I have found the reason for its sale. It has a very complicated onboard computer system. You can really personalize many things. But ...it has a "fantom". I have come outside and and found all four windows down. I've had to reset the running boards a few times. The instrument panel keeps changing. It's not annoying yet, actually... because, I am learning the system well with all the practice. The window thing could have been bad with all the snow we just got, or for security purposes in a public parking lot. I will be contacting the dealership to see about firmware updates or a full system reset. But, on all...an Awesome vehicle, and a great sales team ! Best Regards, David S. R. Clark
