The staff members, especially John was very helpful. They were patient knowledgeable. There was no pressure. I did everything from the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend this dealership. Definitely a Godsent..5 star service excellence.

Car had a broken windshield which was not noticeable in any of the pictures. I went through the entire process and at the very end when we were making arrangements to pick up the car is when I was notified of the cracked windshield. The crack is causing some of the safety features to not work properly. They would not pay to replace the windshield. They knocked $400 off the price but the cost of a new windshield is $1300. I think it was intentional. There was no mention of the cracked windshield in the listing.
