The experience I had with this dealer was amazing, I received a call within minutes of me submitting my info online and the sales person that I spoke with was very professional and upfront about the problems that the truck which was expected at the price point. I am very satisfied with how the whole interaction went and would love to do business with them if possible.

Setup a time at 4 on Saturday to buy a car. Got there at that time and was told they close at 4 and already sold that car anyways. Didn't have my appointment in the system and didn't bother to notify me that someone wanted to buy it. I drove an hour to get there for nothing.

Dealer (Scott, in Whitehouse, TX) responded, spoke all about what he “thought” might be wrong with the car. I tried to make an appointment with him to drive the car, but he never responded back. I’ve been in car sales for over 30 years and felt like this was totally unprofessional and would never do business with a dealership that handles his potential customers this way.

Great honest and very funny salesman. Everyone there was helpful and no one was pushy or made us feel like we were being forced to do something. I will be returning for sure

I had a horrible experience with the manager. The salesman was nice then went and got manager due to condition of vehicle. The manager was not very nice and told us he was glad we’re going somewhere else to look and that we should do that.

It was an enjoyable purchase and overall experience.
