Very professional. Responded very quickly, answered any questions that I had asked.

I was contacted back by two people, however I responded to the first email which was from Brenda Watts. I asked a simple question was there any wiggle room on the price. I was told no it would sell pretty quick at that price. I thanked her, and that was the end of the interaction.

I came in ready to buy this truck. I had to loan down payment pay stubs ready. All they had to do was sign the papers. The truck was very clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. The tire sensor was on and it had zero gas 6 MI. I ask the salesman if they would fix the sensors and fill up the tank. You told me no that it is a seller's market and they're not going to do that. I told him I'm buying a $40,000 truck and I'm ready to buy right now. They lost this deal!!! Don't buy be here.

They seem to be really nice, sincere people. They want to sell a car but not if it isn't right for the customer. I was given some great advice by the employees at Webb. They all seem to be what I would call "Old School", and that is a GOOD THING!

Went to see this truck which was not on the lot at the time so they showed me another truck comparable but more expensive, Chris tried selling me on the different truck but I wouldn’t budge I advised them I needed time to think about it as the deal was now for a totally different truck. I left the dealer and came back the next day and was told they no longer want to work anything out on the truck I came into see originally. Did not want to work with my pre approval I got through chase but they came around but on numerous occasions they asked to run my credit again to check rates with their lender and as I kept declining you could see the mood change. My advice take your own financing and cut out the BS they really only want the sell at their price don’t care if your happy or not with what you get
