I called to check on the availability of the S-10 and the sales lady said the truck was still there and ready. I get there 30 minutes later and the same sales lady I talked with earlier said the truck had sold. Then she tried to sell me a higher price vehicle nothing like I wanted. Tired of these bait & switch tricks.

In all my years of buying a vehicle this dealership was the easiest, no stress, or pressure, we worked out an agreeable trade, and purchase price and boom the deal was done and that's the way it should be.

I've been to 3 other lots and was approved,buddy's was the worst of them all.i felt like I needed to apologize to the other dealerships,at least they got me approved,at buddy's I never even made it from the 1st hurtle,and the sad part about it all I gave up all the information they needed to know before I went their and left there with. 5 more inquiries making it a bit more challenging to get financed else where.totallyb disapointed with the results of this place one lie behind the other.exactly why I stressed to take a look see and have it to where I would know before I go. Instead they lied and told me to come on in. Tracking through bad weather and witnessing a fatal accident on the conner from buddy's they could do better by letting customers know before the go after obtaining information.not straight up lie to them trivking the to come in.

I live in Alabama and the initial communication with the dealership when making my appointment was amazing. They kept in contact with me via text email and phone calls. Once I arrived at the dealership my experience was quite different. To make a long story short the salesman Peter was very off putting, short and unwilling to work with me although I had my own financing. The hidden fees were ridiculous and when we called him on it, he basically insulted my intelligence. As a very educated person I can add and subtract well. As a consumer it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in the 40 years I have been purchasing vehicles. Now I understand why the particular vehicle I was interested in has been there for 204 days. Please beware. I’m not sure if this is the dealerships culture or just Peter but which ever it is. It’s unacceptable.

I had a great experience this this dealership. John was extremely helpful, answering all my online questions. At the dealership, he was courteous and helpful. The car was all set to go, with a full tank of gas. Finace was polite and not pushy. They explained the extended warranty and it bennefits. I'd drive from western Kentucky to their dealership again to buy a car.
