Great dealership

The Hyundai and the equinox will price higher than what I plan to spend so I paused on driving there out of state but I did make an offer they didn't respond so I guess they didn't want to accept my offer for either vehicle for both were sold they keep reaching out to me though trying to get me to come in and make a purchase way more than I can afford like the rest of the dealers

Outstanding service all around. Brock was amazing & went above and beyond, even delivering our car to our house. Would recommend anyone to this dealership and see Brock!

If I could give ZERO stars I would have...... Horrible communication. Can't get anyone to call me back. Asked for Managers still nothing. Submitted credit application and don't know what they are doing with my personal data. Keep getting SPAM emails on the vehicle but no one calls backs. Now no one answers email. Now price has changed on website. HORRIBLE experience... Stay clear of this dealership if you want any type of service.

If it were possible to assign a zero rating, I would do so without hesitation. This dealership engaged in what appeared to be a misleading “bait-and-switch” practice, advertising a vehicle online that was not actually available for purchase. I traveled over 40 miles to the dealership after speaking directly with a salesperson, who confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot. Upon arrival, it became clear that this information was inaccurate, resulting in a significant inconvenience and a disappointing experience.

My experience buying a car at Matt Bowers Metairie was the best!
