I had an appointment to test drive. Same morning my sales person emailed me and reminded me for the appointment. I traveled 350 miles from NJ and arrived there 15 minutes ahead of time. I was told that that Evan went out and he will be back soon. While I was waiting, office manager came out and told me that unfortunately the vehicle that I came to test drive is sold. I felt so bad and just walked out and drove back home.

We had an incredible experience working with our salesperson at West Herr! The whole process was easy and seamless from start to finish. They went above and beyond by answering all our questions, even off the clock, which really put our minds at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my new 4Runner and the service we received. Highly recommend!
