This place was on the verge of harassment in bad way I spoke to some the night I acquired about a truck and explained i was heading out of town emergency on FAMILY business talk to her when I get back. For 3 day's had told six different salesperson I was taken care of they kept calling me and it was hard trying to take care of family emergency when phone going off left an right plus sales manger try to tell me the person I spoke too was not at that dealership which is odd he didn't know his own people and I even sent him notice I would not be using Pegasus to buy my truck and they still two times today try to sell me a vehicle

My husband and I drove an hour to this dealership this afternoon to see a used 2020 GMC Acadia listed on CarGurus for $21,201. We were able to talk to a sales person and get an out the door price over email for $22,995. Next step was to see the car in person. We spoke to a sales person over the phone to come in to see the vehicle the day before and again today to confirm. We get there and the sales person takes us in a GMC Acadia Denali to drive to see the vehicle we came to see (2020 GMC Acadia). He was trying to sell us the Denali the whole ride. He drove across the freeway to a warehouse where the vehicle was. Basically telling us the car is under maintenance "a gas leak" so we can't test drive the vehicle. It was BIG waste of time.

I spoke with Shawn on this vehicle through phone calls and texts. We talked about the vehicle and price of $4995.00. We drove 4 hours (which he knew this) and they had the price $300 more than listed on car gurus. They said that it was not their mistake but would honor it. Then during the paperwork process he quoted the price at $7,700.00. He said that they had to put brakes on it. Hidden fees - this should of been disclosed and saved us a wasted 4 hr trip. I will discourage anyone from doing business with this dishonest dealership.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

I had a frustrating experience with this dealership. I went in ready to buy a 2021 Ford F-150 listed at $37,997 and was fully prepared to pay cash the same day—no hassle at all. The truck had already been sitting on the lot for a couple of months. Pedro was friendly and helpful, but the manager (didn’t catch his name) was very unprofessional—he was literally eating peanuts while talking to me. On top of that, they refused a $40,000 cash offer on the spot, claiming they’d somehow lose money or do better at auction, which didn’t make any sense. A few weeks later, the truck is still sitting there—not at auction—and now they keep contacting me, which is just annoying after turning down a strong offer. Overall, poor management and a lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Great experience..the manager helped me to get the car and the sales person Cade was in touch with me through the whole process which took 2 days...they offered me financing options before I go to their office
