If I could leave a no star I would. Salesperson was nice. But the truck wasn’t there after setting up an appointment, them confirming it was available. 4 times, once even after I was inside the building. Bait and switch!

Everyone was helpful. Finance person was not straight forward, finance people do what finance people do try to get you to commit to higher payments than necessary. After refusing to do deal they always somehow pull their/a “rabbit” out of the hat and tell you how much effort they had to do to get the deal done. This such a boring and tired way of doing business. He was the only glitch in the deal.

We drove for over two hours, got there and someone that worked there was driving the vehicle and would not be back until after 2pm. We got a call around 3pm saying the vehicle was still available. Disappointed to have driven so far and couldn’t even test drive the vehicle.

I am inquired about vehicle recalls twice with no response. I was very interested in this vehicle but they have now lost a potential customer.

Great customer service really friendly and made buying the vehicle easy. Will do business again with them.
