Extremely poor experience from start to finish. I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and moved quickly, arranging and paying for an independent inspection within 24 hours — something any serious seller should appreciate in a motivated buyer. When my inspector arrived, they couldn’t even locate the keys, meaning a proper road test couldn’t be completed. That alone speaks volumes about the level of organisation and professionalism here. To make matters worse, within roughly 12 hours of receiving the inspection report, I called to proceed with payment — only to be casually told the car had already been sold. No courtesy call, no update, no attempt to inform me despite knowing I had already invested time and money into the process. I spent money on a Carfax report and a Lemon Squad inspection for nothing, all because of their complete lack of communication and basic customer consideration. If this is how they handle a highly motivated, ready-to-buy customer… forget it

I had an appointment with Micheal chacron at 230 pm. I got there at 200 pm and the car already sold. He called me around 11 am to confirm and try to sell me another car I politely declined his offered. I was mad and disappointed.

After viewing car online I was contacted by dealership. It became clear that dealership was just interested in SELLING car. After completing all paperwork and approved for financing I drove 3 hours to pick up car. Arrived at 11AM car was not serviced or tested as to condition. At 4PM I was handed key to car and felt like I was being rushed out. Passenger door handle was melted by some chemical and sticky melted faux leather had to be removed with acetone to use handle. Huge gouge on right under door entry panel, headlamps constantly flash when set to automatic (not disclosed) I am still waiting on so called "inspection report" as to what and how was serviced. I was not allowed to view car or drive car until I had paid cash down and completed paperwork. All thing being said. If I had gone by and viewed car in local dealership I would have made sure of all of this before delivery. I have purchased several cars from Carmax and I guess I was expecting this type of service.

Communication issues and couldn’t work out best price. Ended up purchasing same vehicle elsewhere for thousands less.
