Poor communication skills. I shouldn’t have had to work harder than the sales rep to understand if the vehicle was available, it was like I had to continue to offer“here take my money”. Actively avoiding trying to do business with the dealership.

Dealership and salesman worked up a deal sheet and sold the vehicle to a sales managers family member while I was making the 2.5hr drive there. Would not recommend doing business here.
