"We called the dealer to make sure the car was available, and made it clear that we were driving over an hour to come look at it. The listing for the car stated (in FOUR different places) that it had a sunroof and leather seats. When we arrived, the car they brought out did NOT have those features. When I pointed this out, the salesman (Kevin) said he would go talk to the Manager. Kevin returned and said, oh well, it looks like there is a mistake. The Manager never came over to acknowledge the mistake at all. I understand mistakes happen, we're all human, but the way it was just shrugged off, as if it wasn't a big deal, left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. Also, the car was on CarGuru for 59 days. I find it extremely difficult to believe that we were the first customer to go see the car and point out the errors. With as many options as people have for their car buying experience, I would recommend steering clear of this dealership. I would have left zero stars if that were an option. "

"I tried buying a car and it wasn't good from the moment I got there. The car wasn't ready for show, it was dirty and it had issues, and then I don't hear from them for days. I asked questions about the suv and never got any answers so I decided to go else where. The millage was not what they told me cause they were driving the car for personal use so they put like 500 extra miles on it before I got to it smh, just not good experience for me"

"Hesitated on providing a price of the vehicle online. When they did provide the price via email, the price was 7,995 for all three cars I was inquring about. What a joke!! Priced way to high. Display the price of the vehicle online don't waste a person's time especially when the drive to get there is a field trip."

"Drove 1.5 hours with an 8yr old and 1.5 year old after setting up the appointment the day before (they had 24 hours to get ready before our arrival). We were told to ask for the GM who barely acknowledged us when arrived and pawned us back to a salesman, Freddy, who was actually very nice so alright. However, the vehicle wasn't even there, they had it across the street fueling it... remember they had a good 24 hour notice. When we finally got to check it out, it had an interior light hanging from it's position (easily popped back into place but remember, 24 hours to prepare for us), the headsets for the DVD system were shoved into the small glove box and broken AND the real clincher... the check engine light was on and you could DEFINITELY feel some sort of miss happening in the engine when we rolled to a stop during the test drive. They told us they would pull the van into the service bay, get it looked at the next day and give us a call either way with the diagnosis. That was on Tues night... it is now Saturday morning. The last text I received from the initial manager I was working with was while we were still on the lot, before the test drive and was nothing more than a "sorry - see what the other manager can do for you". Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and concern this dealership has for their potential customers and their inventory. I should have heeded the other reviews! "

"After test driving the car we could not come to an arrangement on price or repair condition of vehicle.. not satisfied with cheaply thrown together repair unfortunately not very professionally handled. We were not impressed with being told that most customers would not complain about those types of damages that the vehicle had. If I were buying a new car from them I most likely would buy a brand new car that may be serviced elsewhere or repaired at a different location ."

"I came in about a 2017 Chevy Cruze that was listed. Test drive it and was ready to put a down payment on it. After two hours of being there, I was told the car was marked as the wrong trim. They increased the price by 4K. A week later and they still haven't fixed the "wrong price" on the site. Beware of bait and switch "
