From speaking with the scheduling team (Marty), to purchasing the car we needed with Kourtney, we had a great experience at Mike Bell Chevrolet dealership! I highly recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and affordability! Totally worth the drive to Carrollton, GA!

JR was straight up about a used truck, only dealer I talked to on my search that didn't make me wanna pull my hair out.

I live in Alabama and the initial communication with the dealership when making my appointment was amazing. They kept in contact with me via text email and phone calls. Once I arrived at the dealership my experience was quite different. To make a long story short the salesman Peter was very off putting, short and unwilling to work with me although I had my own financing. The hidden fees were ridiculous and when we called him on it, he basically insulted my intelligence. As a very educated person I can add and subtract well. As a consumer it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in the 40 years I have been purchasing vehicles. Now I understand why the particular vehicle I was interested in has been there for 204 days. Please beware. I’m not sure if this is the dealerships culture or just Peter but which ever it is. It’s unacceptable.

When I went to visit the dealership the price was one thing and test drove the truck and ok but they finally get a customer and warranty pkg 0n 2026YR used 815 miles as is statement price to me $82k taxes extra then price almost new cost . No price cut whatsoever then week later it's sold for $4,000.00 less than what they quoted me . Stay away from that place . SALESPERSON are hungry.

I am in the process of buying a 2011 Cadillac CTS with ALM Chevy South thru Car Gurus. I am buying from the dealership in Union GA and attempting to have the car shipped to Mass. Process has been brutal. Horrible lack of communication, confusing inconsistent and inaccurate info from at least 5 different people. No one owns the process or communicates with each other at ALM. I PAID for the car 6 days ago in full ( including an outrageous $1k dealer fee) and cannot get anyone at ALM to communicate with me regarding delivery. I am probably in too deep now to back out and maybe their process in person is better but they are not equipped to handle the logistics of selling cars.
