Chevrolet dealerships near me (Carlinville, IL)

After several Text messages and a few phone calls I went to dealership to inspect vehicle. Walked into service area because that is the only parking except on street. Was directed to sales area where there were two people in cubicles. One had customers. waited for more than 10 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with me. Left and then got a call from sales person I was dealing with wanting to know if i was still interested ,I asked to give me there best price on Vehicle and she said she would get back her boss was off that day .Never got back with me and raised price on website.

The car ended up having damage from an accident... and was listed having 4 new tires. Only two new tires, the others nearly bald. When asked to compensate for these things on the price, they wouldn't budge. Found the car, not as advertised Bought from another dealership that was more flexible on pricing. Also the trade in value they put on my car, 2019 in excellent condition, was insulting and unacceptable

Greg was very responsive and cared about my interest. Sadly the Traverse sold before we got to see it.
