I have been waiting for the manager to call me regarding the deal I was quoted and it very frustrating dealing with a middle guy that is trying to relay messages

First contacted them in late June early July about a 2018 Chevy Colorado. I was told the truck was on the lot. I submitted an offer and waited to hear back for Leo. Leo's communication through email once you submit an offer is horrible. He only gets back to you to tell you the truck is sold only to still see it on there website and other online car shopping sites. It seems they avoid negotiations by ignoring customer inquires. This gets worse once you tell them you want to use your own bank for financing. Seems my only option to buy the truck from them was to let them run my credit and take an option contract instead of just letting me finance with who i want to finance with. The whole car buying experience these days really turns me off from dealers. I reached back out to them this weekend about the truck, submitted my offer and got a counter response. I countered back but never got a response from Leo until the next day when i reach out again. He then informed me the truck was sold

The car was listed at just little over $80k at the website I spoke to internet sales she said they can try to do better pricing since they had a slow week so I drove about 30mins drive so I went I told the salesman the situation so he brings the paperwork on the paper work the price is $88k plus another $3k for car paint protector then he told me let me go talk to manager let me see what he says now I heard the manager very loudly screaming on the sales man it’s impossible at that price the car is worth $100k so I just left horrible customer service

⭐ 1 STAR — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Complete waste of time. The car was advertised for around $25,000, so I went to the dealership ready to buy it. After wasting more than an hour of my time, suddenly the price jumped by about $6,000 because of ridiculous dealer add-ons like ceramic coating, waxing/detailing, tire-related charges, and other unnecessary extras. This is exactly the kind of dealership experience that makes people hate buying cars. Advertise one price to get customers through the door, then reveal thousands of dollars in extra charges when they’re ready to purchase. If you’re advertising a car for $25,000, SELL IT FOR $25,000 — don’t waste people’s time and then surprise them with $6,000 in add-ons. I walked away from the deal. Be very careful and ask for the FULL OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE before wasting your time.
