Dealership got back with me. The Truck was not available and was in Transit. We talked about a deal but wasn’t able to make one. Very helpful though.

Since my initial contact, the price of the vehicle increased twice in less than a week. I didn’t even bother replying nor contacting the dealership back as price transparency is nonexistent here.

Fast service

Saw the car online, arrived, test drove it and purchased same day. Other than not mentioning that the front speakers were broken. No complaints. I’ll take of the speakers myself I guess.

This was a very pleasant experience with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet. They responded in a timely manner and where there with me step by step throughout the process of my purchase. When other places decided to give me the runaround, they were direct and forthright with me. My salesperson, Mac, was very friendly and welcoming. The finance manager, Jason, was great as well. Taking me through every step of the process and making it seem like less of a chore. I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Truck had a rip in the seat...Smelled like cigarettes, rear shocks on the verge of going out.

My experience was disappointing. The dealership has deceptive practices and the car needs repairs that they assured me would be taken care of only for them not to honor their word and claim to have told me that they couldn't complete all needed repairs. I would advise against purchasing from this dealership.

I had a trade in which a previous dealer gave me a trade in quote. Koons gave me an additional $1500. for my vehicle because of its immaculate condition. The vehicle I was purchasing was not an easy find - a low mileage suburban with the 3.0 Duramax diesel. Being hard to find, it garnered a lot of interest. I called and spoke with Zaki (Zach) who was extremely helpful and Derrick the store manager who made this purchase seamless. Sales took the time to show all of the features and even set my phone up for me. I was done within two hours. I’ve never had a better experience at a dealer (and I’ve been to plenty). 5 stars is not enough. Thank you!
