The weekend before that unfortunate conversation, my husband and I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. They wouldn’t allow us to do so unless we gave them our SS to run credit and agree on the numbers. This is a Camaro. Not a Lamborghini. I am not giving you my SS on a car I’ve never driven, let alone test driven. Classic Chevrolet in Euless didn’t even hesitate to pull their’s off the show room floor. I will not be back to Jerry’s and I highly recommend going and looking at their service reviews on google as well. This dealership needs new management.

Thought they had the cheapest price, but way down in the small print there was. 3000.00 “protection” plan they put on every truck they sell.

They sold the vehicle I drove 6 hours to buy. I called twice to let them know I was on my way, not sure when they sold it, but not one time did they say they sold it. Then they tried selling my other vehicles, like I didn’t specifically look for a certain vehicle.

The Honda was not the right for my wife. But we were delighted to meet and work with the Salesman Kamari Strong. Not only knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sales but confident and honest. I messaged him that we had found a more appropriate auto for my wife. His response was gracious and opened the lines of communications for further transactions.

Terrible. Never saw vehicle. Went by did paper work then was told the car needed the windshield replaced and was not there. Sales lady contacted me the next day to look at it that evening but I was at work so I scheduled to look at it the next morning. Car was still getting window replaced so im not sure why she even called. Not a honest dealership.
