My salesman was very professional.

Very courteous, professional and prompt. Their process is admirable.

They responded fast and I actually was able to talk them down on price and get some things fixed on the vehicle I purchased. They are still helpful with things.

Probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a dealership. I purposely only choose dealerships with good ratings however, their rating have GOT to be from employees because there is no way they could possibly try have a 5 star rating after what I experienced. Communication from them sucks. They sent me a breakdown of the vehicle. I asked why they put $40k for the vehicle when their website advertises it as $32k and I got crickets. Reached out to another person.. same thing. They responded all the way up to I asked that question and stopped responding. I finally emailed I would take my business elsewhere….. never got a single reply back. Super sketch to me
