Worked with CarlosV at the dealership. He was very responsive with texts and calls; very helpful once I arrived and asked about used cars in addition to the one I originally contacted them about. We looked at each, test drove my first choice which I ended up purchasing. Very smooth and efficient process with no monkey-business. The financial side (I financed through the dealership) was painless and they were able to beat the financing from my bank. No hard-sell on anything.

BEWARE of hidden fees. They wanted to imposed a mandatory " theft protection plan" in case your vehicle get stolen. Which in my case makes no sense to pay extra $600-$700 for it, when my auto insurance covers it. Also the have a $1,000 mandatory "document fee". Why should I pay so much money just for having them enter my basic information in a computer system. I asked to lower the documents fee and eliminated the theft protection plan and they said it's mandatory and refused to negotiate. The vehicle was an OLD 2012 toyota rav4 that the front headlights weren't even polished and clear.

Dealer lured me there under false pretenses. The car was not there and as he said hadn’t been there for a while when I confronted him. A very shady operation. Be very careful of this dealer. Fancy computers and offices and salesman was young and very charming and putting his hand out for a fist bump like he was dealing with an adolescent!! The dealer has responded to my review above by stating I was contacted prior to my appointment and advised that the vehicle had already been sold. That is false - I contacted the dealer 35 minutes before I arrived at his lot asking if the car was available, and was told it was. Had the car been sold, the salesperson Sebastian, should've said that it was no longer there, instead he took me outside to show me "similar vehicles I might be interested in, while the car you asked for is being brought here". There is no transparency in your company and there was no miscommunication. I stand by my review and want nothing to do with your company.
