Literally THE best dealership experience I've ever had, from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly helpful (Joseph and Bruno) and absolute Rockstar. They have followed up with me for up to 2 weeks after my purchase to make sure everything is going well and the process of buying the car was so smooth and transparent. 10/10 recommend this dealership!

They were very relaxed and did not pressure us to buy the car, the test drive process was the easiest we’ve ever had and the rep let us drive it without them in it. They even had the car ready to go out front for us. The only downside was the low estimate for our trade in car which was way off from other dealerships who offered us more than triple what Priority was offering us. Other than that, they’re great!

The sales person, Casserole, was nice in the beginning but ended up bluntly telling me my trade in vehicles are "too old and we don't want them". That was it. No further discussion, no options, no working further with me.... I answered "okay" and that was the end of discussion. I thought it could have been handled better for a professional dealership.

Used vehicle. Artificially pressured to buy. Salesman brought a “sold” sign to test drive saying I would have to make a quick decision. Car still available 10 days later.

I tried to complete the purchase remotely, but they would not send me the required paperwork. Instead, they sold the car out from under me in a couple days.
