I had a great experience at NB Motors, they gave me a good price and I love my new car

Couple of minor defects discovered after sitting with the car for a week or two, but I may be a little bit more meticulous in my examinations than the older gentleman who sold me the car. Otherwise the process was excellent from start to finish and I have been enjoying the car ever since.

After telling me this car went thru a thorough checkpoint process and evrything works fine on this vehicle, they went to get it for a test drive. After about 10 minutes noticed saleaman and 2 other employees had this car's hood up. Waited another 10 minutes then went out and told them we were leaving, this vehicle oblivously has issues. Also car was filthy dirty. Would never visit this dealership ever again.

They were communicating with me remotely with the use of an AI bot. I lived 90 miles away from the dealership so I wanted to get things narrowed down a bit before my coming out there and they ghosted me. I'm thankful I didn't waste my time driving all the way out there and back
