Dealerships near me (Cary, IL)

Received multiple messages and communication that the car was there and ready for test drive and scheduled an appointment. After driving 35 minutes and arriving, I was told it was actually in the shop having maintenance completed and not sure when it would be available. Complete waste of time.

Derrick was amazing. He tried to help me out as much as possible but certain situations didn't allow it. I would definitely go back.

Overall, a great transaction! Staff was courteous and willing to help in any way. Was greeted by staff and they immediately got the car ready for a test drive. Even had some wiggle-room with the final price--which probably made this a great price on CarGurus! Very satisfied with this purchase!!

I drove 50 miles to make my appointment, and when I arrived the salesman told me that the car had sold this morning and that he forgot to tell me. Pure trash customer service.
