I recently engaged with this dealership through their online sales process and was disappointed by the overall lack of communication and clarity regarding financing. The sales staff did not adequately explain the steps required to secure financing or clarify that the buyer would need to independently contact lenders to obtain funding. There was an assumption that I already understood the full process, and no proactive follow-up was provided by the salesperson after our initial text-based agreement. Within 24 hours, I reached out to inquire about next steps and what actions were needed on my end—only to learn that the vehicle had already been sold to another buyer. While no financial harm resulted from this experience, it left a negative impression of how the dealership handles online inquiries and customer expectations. Clearer guidance and better follow-through would greatly improve the process for future buyers. I hope this feedback helps the team refine their communication practices

Excellent customer service

Tried to basically steal my trade in with an insane low ball offer. Pulled shady stuff like sitting you in front of a car paint protection package that says $0. Sales man says we do this to all the cars. This was like a 1800 dollar add on they sneak in. Car was chipped all over the place so not sure what I was protecting... Finance guy says he will throw in some key replacement service for "free". I get home and look and I was charged for it. Don't make the mistakes I did ask for an itemized break down of what you are paying for. Don't just let them just show you the monthly payment number. When I got home second key fob they gave me didn't work with the car and is pretty expensive to get added to the car. Car I purchased was supposedly "inspected" but had bad struts and was leaking coolant with in a day. They did take it and fix it but the repair work took months and pretty sure they lied and said they were sending it to a "performance" shop for repair as it was an Audi S3 with a VW

Everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous. It was a no pressure trip!!.
