Staff was helpful. A person named Bill was a good communicator and tried to be as helpful as he possibly could. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up the car and sign the final paperwork, they claimed to have made a mistake and wanted to raise the price by $500. This made the whole experience seem terrible. I couldn't get them to withdraw the $500 so ultimately we settle at $250. But that was $250 more than I was told, twice, that I needed to pay.
