Good dealer, answered all my questions, replied quickly and courteously. I decided not to get the car because it was in a bit rougher shape than one could tell in the photos (very apparent in person, but understandably less apparent in photographs online).

The people are nice and the vehicle was in good condition. The issue we had with the dealer are hidden accessories they are using as their negotiation. Essentially the advertised price isn’t what you’re considering, it’s a few thousand more due to the 3 accessories we were told were already installed and we needed to purchase. Naturally we didn’t want them and only wanted the vehicle, then they attempt to negotiate taking off an accessory or 2, as their way of negotiating. In addition, they didn’t negotiate at all on the asking price, since in their own words “the accessories is how they make a profit.” Not negotiating is their right; however, they won’t even ask their “boss” to consider asking price plus TTL, unless you say you’re definitely wanting to buy. It’s insane, the advertised price the sales folks have to ask the owners/manager to consider, and you don’t know if they’re going to take it. At this point, I’d pay more money to not buy at this location.

On a day that they are normally closed (Sunday) Ray arranged for me to meet him at the store. He is one of the most professional Sales person/Manager I believe I have ever dealt with.
