This was the third time I’ve inquired about vehicles “ available for sale “ listed. None of the 3 weee available. When I asked to actually see the vehicles they advertised. “ Oh we’ve already wholesaled now the 3 rd vehicle ?!?! Sounds like a way to get traffic to the dealership. Once.. ok second .. maybe. But all 3 to have major issues and all 3 wholesaled in the matter of hours ?! No way

Best experience ever! Jarrett was right on top of things. He found my amazing Altima in record time and it has been a dream! He explained the process thoroughly and was so kind! When Troy took over the financial end, he was also very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend and use this dealer again.

The truck pictures that showed online were not the actual truck for sale. I waited a couple days for actual pictures of truck for sale. After that, I was told that truck was sold. I felt like my time was wasted because I was genuinely interested in buying the truck from you.

Our initial interaction with salesperson Christine was pleasant & friendly. All that changed when my mechanic asked questions about the car's maintenance history. She printed out documents she wanted us to have which omitted certain information that was important to know prior to purchasing the car. She kept running back & forth printing things.. Finally when we asked if a major replacement was done based on the mileage she said no they're not putting anymore money into the car. When we asked to speak to the Finance Manager about pricing she refused to let us speak to him. Now we walked in with a check from.our credit union already pre-approved and told her we were ready to buy right then and there. She said no negotiations on used cars and she doubts we will find another deal anywhere as good. We walked out went to another dealership & purchased same make/model 1 year older for 7 grand less. Used car buyers beware when going here they don't like if you have any auto mechanic knowledge
