Highly recommend! I messaged the dealer through CarGurus App and got a response the same day. I set up an appointment and when we arrived on the day. The car was right up front cleaned and ready to go. Worked with Tom and was able to leave with the car the same day. Extremely easy process from start to finish, Tom made sure we had everything we needed and the car was ready to go before we even got there. The dealership staff were pleasant and the dealership itself was very nice.

I received messages from several different people at the dealership multiple times a day. When I finally scheduled a time to test drive, the car was already sold before I arrived but they did not tell me that right away. The salesperson took me in the back, made a copy of my driver's license and then left. A new sales manager came over, took my key to my car to appraise for trade in and only after that came back and told me the car was already sold. And then tried to convince me to take a look at their other cars. The entire experience felt very shady. And the next day, I got an email from the salesperson saying they were sorry I missed my appointment. The tracking and communication is clearly not there amongst their employees.
