This was the most easiest and quickest car buying experience I ever had

Accidentally contacted the dealer through CarGurus app about a truck I had in my saves. They called quickly I explained that I wasn't interested due to mileage and accidentally contacted them. Told her what miles and years I was interested in buying. Here's where it got off rails, its seems their internal communication process needs revised. I was contacted via phone and email by at least 3 individuals over the next several days. After explaining to one individual at 10am I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere, I again was called at 6pm the same day and had to explain again. This finally stopped the calls. They were always polite but a bit overwhelming with the emails and phone calls for I truck I explained I accidentally contacted them about.

My experience was excellent. Randy was great to work with. There was no pressure while looking at the car, or during the test drive. He did an excellent job with me to ultimately make a deal. The paperwork was everything I needed to make the title and registration process go extremely smooth. He helped me get my dream car.
