James was my sales rep. I was an hour and a half early for my appointment and he came off his lunch to greet me. From there the experience was pleasant. I explained to him my back story on why my trust in dealer was nonexistent. He listened and showed empathy. This allowed me to relax during the process. I already knew I wanted the car and knew all I needed to know. So that part was smooth too. Overall James was soft spoken and well mannered and wasn’t pushy or forceful as some sales reps can be. U can say he match my energy. So I gave them 9 out of 10. Only because I wanted some coffee and couldn’t find the cups. Seems they were hide behind something. But I did asked and employee and they were able to point them out. Thanks James.
