Very quick response to an accidental info request. I was swiping up and inadvertently submitted an inquiry to the car, but they were helpful. Turns out the car didn't last long on their lot.

“On Monday Feb. 8, I received a txt message from Cassidy at 5:53 pm. I responded at 7:58 describing the vehicle I was interested in. Friday Feb. 12 I received a cal to set up an appointment to see vehicle. Sat Feb 13, 10:00 I received a text request for confirmation of my 3:30 appointment. Sat Feb 13, 11:44am I responded to the request. Sat Feb 13, I received a text that said "Perfect..." Sat. Feb 13, 1:11pm I called the dealership and let them know I would be in earlier than i thought. I was told the salesperson would be notified. Sat. Feb 13, Approx. 2:00 Sales rep. informed me on site, the vehicle had been sold earlier that morning. I had driven over 4.5 hours to see this vehicle. With all the communication not once did anyone tell me the car had been sold. I want to make it clear that everyone I interacted with personally was very professional. There is a communication problem. I want this to be informative for improvement and not a negative about employees.
