Sales woman Maria was great. For me anytime over one hour is too long. I’m impatient. I would rather been an hour or less, but overall the experience was great.

Danny went above and beyond and worked quickly and prompt and gave me all available information I needed to make buying process simple and easy. I would recommend this dealership and my Salesman Daniel to anybody looking to buy a GMC or Cadillac from Rizza in Tinley Park,fantastic facility, friendly people the process was simple and easy five stars for sure.

The experience at Heritage Cadillac was quite nice. When I arrived the car was already out front ready for a test drive. We took it for a spin and came back to the dealer. Talked about price and finance charges then we moved forward. I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend.
