Even though my trade in vehicle broke down on the way to trade it, 2021 with 36,000 and in perfect condition) most likely a fuel pump failure, I still got what I was looking for on the trade value and still negotiated a bit more. The salesman (Chris) was most professional and helpful through the sale. Once home, 130 miles from the dealership, I noticed that could not locate the wheel lock key. I contacted the dealer first thing on Monday morning and had the wheel lock key overnighted and on my doorstep the next day! The overall experience was outstanding!!!!
