Awful. I had appointment set up to look at the truck. They texted and said someone was coming to look at it before my appointment and asked if I could come sooner. So I left work early. Then they turned me away because the corner of my driver license is chewed up. Everything on the license was visible just the corner. They wouldn’t even hold it for me for an hour so I could get my passport or new license. Said that was it, the next appointment is coming!
