Typical bait and switch dealership tactics. After standing around for several minutes some kid comes out smirking saying that the car is sold and he'd like to show me another car. I was literally on the phone with him minutes before pulling up. Garbage tactics. But what can you expect from a declining automobile brand with cookie cut models, garbage quality ,with a European price tag. Cadillac dealership is sad

Our seller Irvin was great. However his boss Walter caused him to lose the deal. He literally tried to add over 20k in taxes and other miscellaneous fees to the cars pricing ..a 59k priced car was over 80k when he brought us the paperwork..

Staff was fine, but just the fact that I came to see this xt6 vehicle and it was filthy dirty, even a piece of pizza crust was left under the seat. So disappointed to see a Cadillac in this conditions there was no way I would buy a car in such conditions which make me question how well it was maintained. The excuse was that the vehicle was a loaner car. Just waisted my time. I definitely do not recommend this dealer.

Had an appointment scheduled for a 2025 Jeep Compass Limited, I kept receiving messages all the way until I drove into their lot, only to be told that the vehicle was sold...A few days later after purchasing my vehicle elsewhere that same Compass Limited was still available and not yet sold
