Cadillac dealerships near me (Fort Atkinson, WI)

Contacted the dealership in the morning to ascertain if vehicle was still there. Was advised that it was and made an appointment to see the vehicle that day. Upon arrival I was to meet with a salesman Thomas. Thomas failed to meet me and sent a different salesperson to meet me, who advised me that the vehicle had been sold. Thomas wasn’t man enough to meet with me and like a coward sent someone else. I drove an hour and a half for nothing. They, Thomas had my contact information and should have contacted me and making it known to me that said vehicle was no longer available. Instead, Thomas hid like a scared child. This is no way to treat a potential customer. Not cool Thomas!

Very helpful and easy to work with. They even brought the vehicle so we could completely inspect it inside and out and even let us crawl underneath to look at the frame.

I really had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Crest Cadillac in Brookfield, WI. I would rate my experience on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best a 12. The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership.
