James and Jake did a fantastic job. Traded my ‘08 Mustang GT in on a 2020 Mustang GT. Did the whole process online. They gave me a solid number for my trade and didn’t try to hike the price of the new car up. Transparency was great and it was pretty much seamless. Would definitely work with them again

As I was working to obtain a loan to buy this truck, another salesman at the dealership sold it Alpha underneath me

The car needed way more work than we anticipated. We were able to get the price down a little bit because of the work we noticed needed done when we test drove the car but once we got at home and we were able to lift up the car and give it a good look over it needed way more work. They told us the car had no issues or accidents reported, but once we were able to give a good look at the car when it was lifted up, it definitely has been in an accident. We tried to call the dealership to speak with them about it because I was pretty unhappy once we were able to get the car a good look over how much work it actually needed all new front end suspension and someone put new brake pads but not new rotors so we had to replace that also when I try to contact the dealership about it I got no response at all. My calls were ignored and so was my text message so I can say I’m a little disappointed, but the car is getting the work done on it right now.

Buying suv was a smooth transaction

This was one of the worst business interactions of my life. I confirmed, twice, that I would be going to see a car over the weekend. I got there 20 minutes early and found out that the car I was confirmed to view was sold right before I got there. It ruined my whole weekend and the drive back was done in shame.
