The salesman I was working with never returned my phone call he said he would talk with the manager never received a call back so I bought a car somewhere else

I applied online for a car last night, which dropped my credit score by 4 points with a hard inquiry. I had a 10:00 AM appointment to test drive and discuss terms, but at 9:31 AM I received a text saying the car was sold. My time was wasted and my credit was affected. Be careful—you may show up for your appointment only to find out the car is gone!

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

David Benitez Is the best. We went looking for a 2025. Left in a 2026! He’s very helpful, kind and had answers to our questions! David Benitez is the man to get the job done!

Overall good experience but they don’t wash good. That’s weak point.
