Hassan and Alejandro were awesome! Process was fairly easy. Stressful stuff on my side but they made it easy.

I corresponded via email asking for the price to include all fees, tax title and license. the salesperson refused to give that instead asking me to quote what I was willing to pay for the car when I refused that they totally stopped corresponding

The whole process was easy and quick

Dealer salesperson was NOT prompt to let me know if the vehicle was still available. I had to inquire a second time. The vehicle still shows to be available in their inventory even though I am told it has been sold. Salesperson sounded as though my inquiry about a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible was an inconvenience .

I was told that the vehicle was available and set and appointment to come and see it. But when I got there I was told that it had engine problems so they were going to send it to the auction. I drove over 50 miles to get there to purchase that vehicle. They could have called me and informed me that the vehicle was no longer available. And give me the choice to come out and look at another one. Not make that choice for me.
