The buying experience was excellent. John and Teddy were prepared and easy going throughout the whole process. It was the quickest car purchase I've ever had.

Great place.

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.

I did appreciate the sales person however the dealer manager seemed snotty. Also I set an appt up for the next day to go back with my son and then they text me that afternoon and said they sold it.
