Bait and switch - agreed on sale asking price- sent credit app - sent all docs - truck marked as sold with me ! setup of transport to only be told the truck was sold the night before and the sales representative was not aware of it.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

I received an email from Heritage that someone would get back in touch with me. Then I received a text I asked a couple of questions about the vehicle via text was told one second. After that no response. I had to call the salesperson had a short conversation with him and he said he would get back with me. No return calls
