They were all very very personable and I truly enjoyed talking to each and every one of them they treated me and worked with me. Nic did a fantastic job of explaining all the warranties. I submitted my paperwork for financing and never heard back until the car was sold

My wife and I were shopping for a 2024 Honda Accord and we came across a car at Alpha GMC and made arrangements to see Jimi Basiletti. It was a two hour drive each way but the car was priced right- in fact, it was downright cheap for the condition, mileage, and trim. I had an opportunity to speak with Jimi and with the general manager of the dealership over the phone before we went and both seemed like straight shooters and no-nonsense guys so we made the drive. I am so glad we did!! We got more for our trade than we expected, and Jimi and Brian Turner in finance worked to get us a really outstanding interest rate that was better than we had calculated in our budget. The car was priced so well that we did not haggle out of basic decency. The car was clean and fresh, and Jimi went out of his way to remove the ugly "Honda" banner that the previous owner put on the top of the windshield with vinyl lettering. He also came through by mailing the second key to me- outstanding service!
