Wonderful treatment. 5-star rating. They contacted me immediately. The car was accurately described and was ready for my test drive on my available time. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. I felt like I was their primary concern even though I was the 4th car sale of the day. I listened and noticed how the staff worked together for the betterment of the customer. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and family. I travelled 30 miles from my home to purchase this car, and it was well worth the drive. The deciding factor on purchasing this Trax from McDaniel was they are not open on Sundays. Proved to me that they valued Sunday over sales.

The dealership was more than helpful with any initial information that we asked for before we made the drive to their lot. We had asked for clarification on a couple of the pictures online (lighting made it look like the vehicle was damaged). The salesperson took the time to make a fresh video of the vehicle, being careful to make it very easy to see that the vehicle was not damaged at all. I thank them for that. All interaction with the individuals at the dealership was very friendly and personal. It was a good buying experience. I would recommend them for your next purchase.
