As a mother of three, I realized almost immediately after taking it home that the Trax was far too small for a family—it's much better suited for a single person or a couple.The real issue, however, was the finance office. I was pressured into nearly $4,000 worth of "Zurich" warranties and protection plans that were added to my loan without a clear explanation of how much they would hike my monthly payments. When I stood my ground to remove these unnecessary fees, the staff became unprofessional and difficult to work with.
