Buick dealerships near me (Fort Worth, TX)

I checked for availability. When availability was confirmed I scheduled a test drive. I had a friend go do the test drive for me being I was an 8 hour drive away. That all went good till I wanted to put money down so the would hold it for me. Then I was told they could not hold it even with a deposit so I tried wire the full amount and never got wire instructions from dealer. The finance department called and offered financing but since I didn’t want to finance with the dealer the sold it to someone else that needed financing.

My dealer experience was professional. We exchanged a few basic questions and answers. I explained my current vehicle situation and what I was looking for . My vehicle appraisal thru Kelly was disappointing . We couldn’t go forward with the process.

I felt like they were trying to take me to the cleaners. They offered me a high interest rate and payment on a vehicle that was thousamds less than the 2022 Suburban Lt I got approved for. Although my credit score is or was a 718. And add to that, because all of the inquiriies, my credit score has dropped. Terrible people there juat trying to hustle any and everyone. Never going there again.

Ok so we wanted this car and they did not let us use our credit union they pushed us to let them pick the bank to get the car, they wanted to up the interest so they can make more money smh so we walked out o and i drove up there from waco tx i was so disappointed never happened to me but hey life goes on so we moved on
