Great customer service

Sent a couple emails finally called and spoke to a salesperson texted my info over and was told he get back with me nothing for 2 days called back no return call. Poor communication

Contacted them wanting to purchase a vehicle. Explained the situation and asked to place a deposit on the vehicle knowing it would sell before my next day off work. They wouldn’t allow me to put a deposit down despite my concerns. Long story short car sold the day before I was scheduled to come pick it up. Waste of time and energy. Told me I could put a deposit down on a more expensive higher miles vehicle, but wouldn’t take one on the actual vehicle I wanted. Tried to offer a high miles base model truck with the offer of installing a leather interior. In what world doesn’t it make sense that it’s easier to reupholster an entire truck rather than taking a deposit and making a customer happy? Customer service is dead at this point unfortunately. Wish they would have worked as hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted vs trying to cram me into something I clearly didn’t want. Sales person nate O’Connor tried, but the dealership wasn’t very helpful Overall

The car was sold before I could look at it. That's my fault but Brian was really nice and sent a video of the vehicle. Thanks for your help Brian.
