Very sneaky dealership failed to inform yme the car was involved in an accident. Tried to sell me a car $10,000 dollars over Kelly blue book value. Stay away from this dealership.

The advertised sale price is only when you finance with them. Otherwise, no room for negotiation.

Other than the fact that less than an hour earlier I was told the car was there and all cleaned and ready to go, and would be right up front ready to test drive. I arrived and was told to wait in a disgusting little room for the sales manager who 15 minutes later and walked to the entrance and proceeded to inform me "that the car had been had been sold early that morning" I spent 40 years in the auto sales industry 35 of it as sales mgr., F&I mgr. and 10 as GSM and I told him that "I don't and won't ever work with a dealer who practices "Bait and Switch". I proceeded to tell him to lose my number and never contact me again. My son got up and left immediately and ignored his attempts to justify it and blamed the BDC for the mistake which again tells me and standard operating protocol for them. I was suggest you reevaluate your decision to work with them, it seriously effects YOUR brand. I am also considering posting this review on your site.

Very good customer service. Dealer policies kept me from buying here. No reflection on the folks I spoke to and negotiated with.

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.
