They lied to me about the price and had several salespeople call me. Each one gave me a different story of the vehicle price.

Staff was courteous. Car was sold the same morning I arrived.

These guys were nice with the selling process, but now that I have some issues to report, they are completely ghosting me, and avoiding me.

The terms were all negotiated and accepted verbally on a truck by both myself and Suprise Ford. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the vehicle, I was told it was sold and was given an "opportunity " to buy other vehicles. It was a complete waste of my time and money and I do not recommend anyone try to do business with such an un ethical business.

We had a fantastic experience at Sands Chevrolet. Our sales person was Mickey. She made our car purchase easy, She was knowledgeable and helpful. We are very happy we bought our car.
