We had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. The salesperson encouraged us to put down a deposit, assuring us multiple times it was fully refundable if we changed our minds. Based on that, we agreed. We decided not to move forward, but getting our deposit back has been anything but straightforward. It took six days for them to actually process the refund, and during each of those days I was told it had already been processed when it had not. After five follow-ups, the salesperson finally admitted it had not been fully processed the first time and had to be done again. I have now only received a receipt showing it was processed, but have not yet received the actual refund. The lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage others to get everything in writing and be cautious when putting down a deposit here.

Good buying experience!

Even though I had received multiple names of salespeople and was confused who I was dealing with, I arrived prepared to purchase the vehicle with cash. During my initial discussion different pricing was quoted depending on financing versus cash, and after more than an hour of negotiation the salesperson confirmed a price. We even contacted our bank to verify that the funds could be charged to our card so the purchase could be completed that day. At that point, another individual who had not previously been involved in the conversation came over and stated that the price would not be honored. Shortly after, Sales Manager Jeff Salyer spoke with us in a very rigid and dismissive manner, saying “that’s the price now” before turning and walking away. Given that we were ready to complete the purchase, the interaction felt abrupt and unprofessional.

Never even went there. Request info on the car because like several cars posted on all the serpentine stores they are listed incorrectly having more options then car actually had. Never did get the correct information on the cars real features but continue to get text asking if there is anything they could do to help me after I had already text them for the information then got a text saying they were still trying to find the information is there anything I can do to help you then the next text just says is there anything I can do to help you? I see you’re interested in the car so very poor communication lies about stuff on a vehicle reported two different serpentine’s that there cars were incorrectly labeled on the Internet and none have ever been fixed. No wonder why they get bad reviews would never shop at a Serpentini store.

I had an awesome experience with Central Auto Group. I contacted them via the Car Guru app and they made sure to call me and talk to me. After talking about the vehicle and the vehicle condition we negotiated a price. I asked if I could give him a deposit so he would hold it for 5 days till I could get airfare arranged and he said he would hold without a deposit. I flew in 5 days later and he picked me up from the airport in the vehicle and drove back to the dealership and made the deal!!!!

Kylie and James were wonderful to work with! I’m not a fan of car shopping, so I really appreciated how much they handled ahead of time, including the negotiations. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
