I had a 9:30am appointment at Serpintini. I was there at 9:20am. The truck was sold and I never got an heads phone call so that I didn’t have to make an hour and 15 minute drive. That’s a one way drive!! They suck!!

I had an awesome experience with Central Auto Group. I contacted them via the Car Guru app and they made sure to call me and talk to me. After talking about the vehicle and the vehicle condition we negotiated a price. I asked if I could give him a deposit so he would hold it for 5 days till I could get airfare arranged and he said he would hold without a deposit. I flew in 5 days later and he picked me up from the airport in the vehicle and drove back to the dealership and made the deal!!!!

Kylie and James were wonderful to work with! I’m not a fan of car shopping, so I really appreciated how much they handled ahead of time, including the negotiations. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
